As an Architect - Platforms & Solutions Sr Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing our UKG Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Reporting to the platforms and solutions leadership, you will ensure seamless workforce management operations across PepsiCo's India operations. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on technical work to maintain and enhance our UKG WFM ecosystem:

• Configure and support UKG Workforce Management, focusing on pay rules, accruals, and function access.
• Design and optimize web and mobile navigators for intuitive user experiences.
• Develop custom data views, attestation processes, and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Administer devices and ensure secure, efficient workforce management operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of administration and application experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining UKG WFM.
• Expertise in pay rules, accruals, function access, web/mobile navigators, data views, attestation, reporting, and device management.
• 5+ years working with cloud solutions, preferably in HR technology environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications in UKG or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
