• Achieve guest experience objectives via on-site consultations, tactic activation, and performance dashboard monitoring.
• Identify challenges and deploy resources like ChoiceU, Centers of Excellence, Owner Relations, and Brand Operations to improve hotel operations.
• Deliver high-impact consultations using data from CoSTAR, Medallia, Tableau, and more, fostering owner engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 15 years of progressive hotel operations experience, preferably in midscale and upper midscale segments.
