for the position of Area Sales Professional, Based in Algiers, Algeria.

Your role:

  • You will monitor and achieve sales targets and customer retention.
  • You will achieve operational sales objectives by contributing sales information and making recommendations for strategic plans and reviews.
  • You will achieve sales objectives for assigned territory.
  • You will present and promote company products or services, negotiate and close sales.
  • You will be responsible to put the strategies to achieve results and compete.
  • You will maintain and expand customer base.
  • You will maintain relationships with key customers and identify new customer opportunities.
  • You will provide information via CRM tool for forecasting and planning.
  • You will maintain sales tracking reports, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.

Your expertise:

  • University degree in business, management or related field often preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and market strategies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Organizational skills to track prospects and projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and new products or services.
  • Previous experience in the field with 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
  • Good command of English, French and Arabic Language.
