  • Team Leadership: Recruit, build, manage, and develop world-class Enterprise Security Directors and Sales Specialists capable of complex enterprise motions
  • Revenue Ownership: Own Enterprise Security revenue contribution targets, ensuring consistent attainment through co-selling excellence with Enterprise AEs
  • Strategy Evolution: Inform and evolve overlay strategy including coverage models, specialist-to-AE ratios, rules of engagement, and prioritization frameworks
  • Pipeline Generation: Define Enterprise Security pipeline strategy within co-sell model, establishing clear deployment rules for maximum impact
  • Growth Execution: Execute segment-level strategies for net-new acquisition, platform expansion, and multi-product security adoption

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership in security, cloud, or infrastructure SaaS, with proven success in overlay/matrixed models. You have 5+ years managing distributed sales teams in complex GTM environments and deep expertise across modern security domains:

  • SIEM, CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, SAST, SCA, cloud risk management, runtime security
  • Proven revenue impact through influence and co-selling (not direct ownership)
  • Demonstrated improvement in win rates, deal size, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy
  • Expertise in MEDDIC, Command of the Message, value-based selling methodologies
  • Executive presence for CISO-level engagement and internal stakeholder influence
  • Hands-on leadership comfortable in deals, coaching, and operational rigor
