Role Overview

The Assembly Associate (Offset) - 14th Shift position at Cardinal Health offers an entry-level opportunity in precision manufacturing. Working 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Wednesday through Friday plus every other Saturday, you'll assemble medical product packages while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards. This role pays $16.25 per hour, including shift differential, and is ideal for motivated individuals seeking stable healthcare employment with comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities

As an Assembly Associate, you'll play a vital role in our production process:

• Set up workstations as directed by Captain/Designee, strictly complying with GMPs, policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Assemble product packages following Device History Records (DHR), special instructions, and video imaging guidelines.
• Verify components during assembly to ensure proper selection, meeting all quality and quantity standards.
• Inspect components for debris or defects, reporting issues promptly to management and the quality team.
• Perform all duties in full compliance with company, local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Utilize the NCI & Defect Investigation Form process for proper quality issue management and resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

This entry-level role welcomes candidates with:

• 0-1 years of experience (preferred but not required).
• High School diploma, GED, equivalent, or relevant work experience (preferred).
• Basic skills to complete routine tasks within standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work under close supervision with all work reviewed for accuracy.
