Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As Asset Protection Site Lead, you'll spearhead security at the Tilbury Distribution Center. Key duties include:

• Drive third-party guard force performance, aligning supervisors and staff with Lululemon standards.
• Lead comprehensive training for security personnel on policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Contribute actively in meetings with insights on operations, risks, and incident response.
• Champion security best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen processes.
• Identify vulnerabilities and perform root-cause analysis using data for mitigation.
• Conduct confidential investigations into theft, fraud, and critical incidents with timely reports.
• Oversee physical security across access controls, surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Perform regular inspections and assessments for infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
