We are now seeking an Assistant and  Support Services Lead to join our dynamic assistant services team. You'll be the connector who ensures our workplace runs smoothly, our people feel supported, and our processes evolve to meet tomorrow's challenges.

The workplace is at our headquarters in Espoo, and we work flexibly both in the office and remotely giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits your style.

Your Role

As our Corporate Support Services Lead, formerly known as executive assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a seamless, supportive, and connected business and workplace experience. This is your chance to lead a passionate team, strengthen internal communication, and develop company assistant services that truly make a difference for our employees, leaders and management. You won’t just keep things running—you’ll make them better, smarter, and more engaging.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to management and business units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
  • As a core member of the team, lead and inspire the services team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a connector and communicator, ensuring information flows smoothly in company and between Nordic teams
  • Support management with governance processes and key arrangements that keep our organization strong.
  • Craft presentations and reports that tell stories and engage people, not just share data.
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and care, while coordinating travel and logistics when needed.
  • Champion digital tools and smarter ways of working, making everyday tasks easier and more efficient.
  • Be a strong connector between organization, ensuring our services evolve to meet their needs and enhance their experience.
Skills for success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken), with the ability to craft engaging presentations and reports that tell compelling stories.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive matters and coordinating complex arrangements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect different parts of the organization and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems, including MS Office; experience with SAP or similar systems and modern workplace technologies is an advantage.
  • A proactive growth mindset with a genuine passion for championing new ways of working, process optimization, and enhancing the employee experience.
