Role Overview

The Assistant Brand Manager for Lay’s in Riyadh is pivotal in executing ground-level strategic transformation for one of PepsiCo's flagship snack brands. This full-time role focuses on driving sales and share growth through rigorous planning, monitoring, and cross-functional execution. Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Leadership

Drive projects across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing. Liaise with distributors for sales tracking, perform follow-ups, and flag gaps. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to safeguard profitability.

Performance Tracking and Insights

Monitor sales, financials, and market trends. Develop insights, benchmark competitors, and identify growth opportunities. Support annual brand and communication plans.

Marketing and Activations

Manage A&M budgets, on-pack promotions, and Saudi-specific gaming activations (ad copies, POSM, packaging). Work with agencies on research, ATL/BTL executions, and approvals with authorities.

Innovation and GTM

Drive flavor innovations, lift & shift opportunities, and channel-specific initiatives. Align field operations with marketing calendars and support salesforce execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates need a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
