Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Sales for L04 level, or 4-7 years for L05 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data, identify opportunities and risks, and develop accurate demand/supply forecasts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across meetings, presentations, and direct interactions.
• Superior time management and organizational skills to prioritize schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in support systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERT, Business Objects, SAP/ERP, and adaptability to PepsiCo’s internal software.
• Demonstrated change management skills with follow-up, accountability, urgency, and customer service focus.
• High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to innovate efficient solutions independently.
