Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager - BI and Reporting, you will:

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks related to permanent or temporary merchandise equipment, including review and validation of field orders prior to placement.
• Monitor equipment orders from placement through delivery using PepsiCo's internal systems.
• Maintain the equipment inventory database by tracking orders and reporting any variances or issues to Sector or Division teams promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive order tracking and delivery reports for internal stakeholders and external audiences as needed.
• Deliver equipment status updates by market or customer to sales leaders, including in-depth analysis of status, delays, and tracking trends.
• Collaborate across multiple functions to collect insights for action-oriented root cause analysis.
• Recognize opportunities and implement process improvements, standardizations in reporting, and optimal use of technology for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
