Essential to the store management team, the Assistant Manager impacts daily guest and team experiences. You'll lead and coach staff, report results, ensure exceptional guest service, and handle administrative and operational tasks like sales floor management and scheduling.

• Resolve issues: Address customer feedback and urgent requests guest-first.
• Schedule effectively: Create team schedules balancing labor needs and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Build productive relationships for optimal store performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
