The Assistant Manager, Deal Desk (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST) in Pune, India, is a pivotal leadership role within CrowdStrike's high-growth sales operations team. This position provides direction to the deal desk team, managing day-to-day operations while driving process improvements and aligning with organizational goals. Serving as a bridge between senior management and analysts, you'll focus on opportunity validation and booking process management. Lead a team of analysts in reviewing and validating sales opportunities, ensuring adherence to pricing, discounting, terms, and conditions. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve challenges, monitor metrics like validation accuracy and cycle times, and implement workflow improvements.
Partner with sales teams to maintain accurate pipeline data, analyze health metrics, and support forecasting. Identify risks, implement best practices, and develop reporting tools for visibility into booking trends and conversion rates.
Foster high performance through coaching, 1:1 check-ins, career pathing, and onboarding. Recognize achievements, nurture strengths, and create an open, inspiring team culture.
Monitor performance, assign projects, resolve conflicts, and advocate for team needs. Backup senior managers, perform analyst duties during peaks, and drive innovations aligned with corporate growth.
