  • Develop strong relationships with Cluster Sales Leadership and stakeholders, supporting initiatives to enhance GBS service offerings.
  • Maintain monthly wiring dashboards and weekly reports using advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Raise ServiceNow requests and leverage Power Automate/Power Apps for automation where applicable.
