Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in Tauranga:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand.
  • 1+ year people management experience.
  • 1+ year leadership in business operations, administration, projects.
  • Full-time 38-hour roster flexibility: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, peak events.
  • Reliable transport to Tauranga store.
  • Preferred: High school diploma; 1 year retail/sales management; recruiting experience.
