Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your core duties include:

• Providing uninterrupted packing operations to maintain continuous line efficiency for 42 packing tubes.
• Managing capital expenditure (Capex) for plant equipment, ensuring timely execution and cost control related to Variable Manufacturing Overhead (VMOH).
• Implementing safety standards, building a safe working culture, and participating in safety meetings to close recommendations within timelines.
• Driving corporate agendas including TPM, Safety, AIB, Productivity, and PeMM action points.
• Preparing maintenance schedules for process equipment, executing preventive maintenance (PM), and sharing monthly PM compliance reports.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams for shutdowns, addressing red tags, and conducting root cause analysis for failures.
• Monitoring and reporting sustainability KPIs, controlling stores inventory, and driving cost-saving initiatives through local procurement and equipment modifications.
• Supporting quality initiatives like AIB and FSSAI, closing observations, and implementing continuous improvement plans.

People Accountabilities

You will actively participate in team meetings, develop action plans, resolve team issues, provide inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and focus on continuous learning by seeking feedback and upgrading competencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics and Instrumentation engineering.
• Approximately 4-7 years of functional experience in process engineering, preferably in food and beverage or manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language is preferred.
• A proven focus on driving results, with expertise in TPM, safety protocols, maintenance planning, and cost management.

Experience with statutory compliances like weight and measurement, GMPs, and sustainability reporting is highly desirable.
