  • Planned Maintenance & Utilities: Develop schedules for boilers, ETP, bio-methanation, WTP, and electrical systems; coordinate cross-functional shutdowns; manage red tags, RCA, and AMC services.
  • R&M and VMOH Management: Prepare budgets, control spends per AOP, track power/fuel usage, implement Kaizen for savings, and report MIS daily/weekly.
  • Spare Management: Define inventory levels, classify spares, negotiate with vendors, reduce non-moving stock, and innovate equipment designs.
  • TPM Agenda: Analyze group problems, design solutions, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing within the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM, RCA, GMP, OHS, and statutory compliances.
