Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a wide range of functional tasks to support sales and operations in the foodservice sector. Key duties include:

• Building relationships with division teams, sales (KAM/FSRs), and finance to understand contract, payment, and legal processes.
• Requesting, reviewing, and maintaining contract files, including BAM vs. contract reviews and discrepancy resolutions.
• Setting up contracts in TPM, estimating DSD & PDP rebate payments, adding FOBO information, and verifying OTS funding.
• Managing 3POs or Third-Party Operators with quarterly BASE tactics, weekly performance reports, accrual adjustments, and final payment approvals.
• Handling contract rollovers by checking VTH (Volume Threshold) or auto-renewal clauses and creating rollovers in TPM.
• Monitoring pending payments in TPM, processing manual and volume-based payments, requesting volume reports, and ensuring backups for KAM Manager review.
• Sending confirmation emails, reminder notes, and denying invalid payments while closing tactics appropriately.

Contract Setup & Maintenance

Review contracts against BAM, setup tactics for the full term, and confirm with owners. For 3POs, manage quarterly tactics, performance tracking, and finance-aligned payments.

Payments & Reporting

Validate payments using ERT reports, format backups, adjust accruals, and coordinate with sales for DSD/PDP volumes. Ensure all documentation supports approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements
