The Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations role in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a pivotal Foodservice Analyst position focused on contract setups, payments, and renewals. This full-time opportunity involves collaborating with sales teams (KAM/FSRs), finance, and division SMEs to ensure seamless contract management across HBS West and PBNA divisions. This role encompasses a wide range of functional tasks to support sales and operations in the foodservice sector. Key duties include:
Review contracts against BAM, setup tactics for the full term, and confirm with owners. For 3POs, manage quarterly tactics, performance tracking, and finance-aligned payments.
Validate payments using ERT reports, format backups, adjust accruals, and coordinate with sales for DSD/PDP volumes. Ensure all documentation supports approvals.
