Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Associate Director, Change Management - Development, candidates should possess:

• A BS/BA degree with 10+ years of experience or MS/MA with 8+ years in change management, communications, project management, or a combination, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or biopharma.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex organizational change efforts.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; Prosci or CCMP certification is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid understanding of the clinical development process in biopharma.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, provide counsel to senior leaders, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
