Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in SAP and/or Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and Automation.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) with Test Plans, SAP Fieldglass, Tableau Dashboards, and Power BI.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills for global stakeholder interactions.
• 5+ years in enterprise testing leadership, preferably in food & beverage or IT services.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred, along with certifications in ISTQB, Agile, or relevant testing domains.
