Lead strategy and execution for HIV speaker bureaus in both treatment and PrEP areas. Develop training plans, content, and compliance oversight. Manage speaker contracting, vendor partnerships, program effectiveness monitoring, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Compliance, and Field Leadership on sizing, budgeting, and updates. Foster strong relationships with speakers, ensuring alignment across treatment and prevention teams.
Drive scientific conference strategy for HIV alongside Medical Affairs, Marketing, and global teams. Plan and execute presence at key HIV conferences, including booth design, advertising, digital strategies, and cross-functional coordination for maximum impact.
Manage agency relationships and budgets to deliver high-quality programs. Establish metrics, systems, and processes for speaker bureaus and conferences. Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and Gilead policies.
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with ten years of experience, a Master's Degree with eight years, or a PhD/PharmD with five years in relevant fields. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines and are comfortable with sensitive HIV market topics. Expect up to 30% domestic travel for conferences, advisory boards, and agency meetings.
