As Associate Director – Medical Information Lead in Tokyo, Japan, you will spearhead the Japan Medical Information (MI) service. This pivotal role ensures seamless operations, compliance, and team excellence in a global environment. You will influence cross-functionally without authority, co-managing the local MI team alongside the International MI Region Lead. Thrive in a dynamic setting, supporting Gilead's therapeutic strategies in HIV, oncology, and inflammatory diseases while maintaining inspection readiness and regulatory adherence.
Your leadership will drive the MI function's success:
Represent Global Medical Information (GMI) in enterprise initiatives, ensuring consistent MI practices across Gilead. Work with MI content leads to tailor response documents for the Japan market, meeting regulatory expectations.
To excel, you need:
Highly self-motivated individuals who excel in multitasking, coaching staff growth, and global projects will succeed. Experience in GxP audits and policy development is advantageous.
