Key Responsibilities

• Setting long-term and short-term productivity programs in coordination with business unit (BU) Planning & Performance (P&P) and productivity leads across EMEA supply chain.
• Driving operational units (OUs) to roll out best practices and strategic projects for best-in-class supply chain performance.
• Co-owning the overall EMEA MOVE productivity plan with OU/Market Unit (MU) Supply Chain MOVE, P&P, and finance leads.
• Developing the productivity Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-year plans in full coordination with OU/MU Supply Chain function leads.
• Leading the adoption of digital tools and systems to enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability.

• Excellent stakeholder management across functions such as Science & Technology (S&T), OU/MU Supply Chain, Finance leads, and other heads.
• Proven strategic planning skills and a track record of delivering long- and short-term productivity programs.
• Deep understanding of E2E supply chain and MOVE productivity levers (cost, waste, service).
• Experience leading large-scale MOVE functional transformation programs across markets.
• Ability to develop business cases for initiatives and drive implementation with pace.
