Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Associate Director, Network Operations:

• 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent); or 8 years with a Master's degree.
• Significant leadership experience (5-10+ years) in large-scale, global IT or network operations environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking: SD-WAN, routing, switching, BGP, MPLS.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO, or NIST frameworks.
