The SRE Foundations team partners with product engineering to improve reliability through strong monitoring practices, tooling, and system visibility. As a consultative enablement team, we provide guidance and hands-on support for building resilient, high-quality software. Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As an Associate Engineer II, you'll contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solutions under senior guidance. Expect to build dashboards, define metrics, and support incident response. Key tasks include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring, logging, and tracing for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Assist in identifying observability and reliability improvements across digital systems.
• Integrate monitoring into products using Datadog and other tools with technical and business partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards and alerts for service visibility.
• Guide product teams on monitoring best practices and tool usage.
• Align with technical teams on standards and best practices.
• Contribute to automation for observability data collection and analysis.
• Participate in incident response, post-incident reviews, and problem management.
• Identify tooling gaps and escalate improvements.
• Stay current with SRE trends and apply learnings.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Associate Engineer II - SRE Foundations at Lululemon, you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in software engineering, systems engineering, or SRE roles.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, log aggregation, or distributed tracing.
• Basic understanding of SLIs and SLOs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis interest.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn and grow skills.
• Authorization to work in Canada.

Salary & Benefits
