Key Responsibilities

As an Associate II, Warehouse Operations, you'll ensure seamless order fulfillment for healthcare providers. Core duties include:

• Following established processes to pick products accurately, perform quality control checks, pack items, enter data into systems, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-training across warehouse functions such as order picking, outbound dock, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace through housekeeping and inventory control, using PPE like steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.
• Training and certifying on MHE including cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as needed.
• Applying skills to routine tasks under moderate supervision, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex problems.
