  • Liaise with account management teams, implementing actions from promo program reports and monitoring RA’s for baseline, volume, assortment, and promotion status.
  • Partner with multiple account teams to cascade promotional changes accurately into account plans.
  • Collaborate with the commercial finance team to reconcile volumes, price points, and forecasts from TPM with legacy systems.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for TPM, sharing best practices with teams across other Business Units (BUs) in the GCC.
  • Build strong relationships with AU Account Management and key stakeholders, providing agile support to enhance service offerings.
  • Support the Cluster Sales Lead/TPM Lead in initiatives to elevate GCC service standards.
