As the Associate Manager - Ecommerce Sales Operations in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will serve as the Perfect eStore Analyst for Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) markets while supporting PepsiCo's broader eCommerce strategy in India. This role focuses on the rollout and optimization of the mFilterit platform, driving tool adoption through expert leadership, training, and best practice consolidation. You will own Perfect eStore analytics, market tracking, and scorecard integration into performance reviews to boost PepsiCo's digital shelf execution. Tailoring content from foundational to gold-standard levels, you will partner with cross-functional teams, BU leaders, and external providers to enhance online sales visibility, assortment, promotions, and customer engagement. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment to influence PepsiCo's omni-channel future.
Lead the blueprints development of eCommerce best practices through Perfect eStore PiCOS, ensuring thought connectivity with Business Units (BUs) and Channel Leads. As a Power User of the mFilterit platform, interpret data, develop recommendations, and drive changes across markets.
Review platform diagnostics to identify progress areas, problems, and opportunities. Analyze content, availability, visibility, assortment, promotion adherence, reviews, and ratings. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, implementing insights from the PDS Global Playbook Sales Impact Model.
Accelerate mFilterit deployment via monthly market connects, training programs, and capability tools like eConsultancy. Establish a customized Perfect eStore scorecard for SSA, embedding it into market and sector performance processes.
Work with Merchandising, DX Perfect Store teams, and local BUs to integrate eComm into omni-channel strategies. Define and test 'Picture of Success' (PiCOS) toolkits tailored to market maturity levels.
To excel in this role, candidates need a strong academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration. Prior experience in retail or retail execution, ideally online/eCommerce, is essential. Key skills include analyzing multiple data sets to draw actionable insights, strong communication for influencing stakeholders across BUs, and the ability to create compelling presentations. You should thrive in virtual teams across geographies, handle multiple work streams under tight deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive, test-and-learn mindset. Previous eComm experience is preferred, along with proven collaboration across functions and levels.
