  • Identifying inconsistent trends against AOP/forecasts and recommending standard cost changes with clear financial impact analysis.
  • Collaborating with Plant COGS teams for accurate planning and reporting, monitoring periodic variances.
  • Championing the finance agenda by training procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Preparing annual AOP standards, validating index changes, and supporting year-end cost roll activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, planning, and/or accounting, with strong financial skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of COGS processes and ability to analyze large datasets into meaningful insights.
  • MBA, CA, or CMA preferred, along with proficiency in financial systems like BOBJ, Essbase, PowerBI, Excel, and SAP.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, stakeholder management across geographies, and a detail-oriented, independent approach.
  • Demonstrated urgency, courtesy, patience, and organizational skills in document maintenance.
