As an Associate Manager - Finance in PepsiCo's GBS in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a pivotal role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team focused on Plant Supply Chain Finance. This position involves supporting strategic growth initiatives by stabilizing transitioned processes and delivering high-quality FP&A outputs on time. You will work closely with plant teams, business unit (BU) leads, sector SCF leads, and finance managers across global locations. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with opportunities to enhance your expertise in finance processes, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead core planning processes related to Plant Supply Chain Finance, including accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure data integrity and timely delivery to support business decisions.
Partner with the transformation of the Supply Chain Finance Planning team to stabilize processes. Collaborate closely with plant teams and department heads to gather inputs for forecasts and Annual Operating Plans (AOP). Conduct review calls with plant heads, presenting monthly financial results and highlighting risks and opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, Plant Score Cards, and productivity metrics. Provide analytical support for Plant SC managers, including PBR reporting, Make and Move Cause-of-Change analysis, and ad-hoc requests. Drive productivity initiatives with ROI and productivity calculations.
Work with BU SCF Leads, Sector SCF Leads, and Finance Managers for smooth transitions and ongoing cooperation. Champion process improvements through optimization, standardization, automation, and change management with stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, candidates need 6 to 7 years of experience in finance and planning for postgraduates in commerce, accounting, or finance. CA/CMA qualified professionals require 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Prior exposure in Plant Finance or Supply Chain Finance is essential, with FMCG experience as a strong advantage. Proficiency in systems like SAP, Business Objects, Essbase, and Tableau is required, alongside advanced Excel skills. Successful candidates are independent thinkers who take initiative, manage multiple priorities, maintain meticulous organization, and excel in team environments. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, urgency, courtesy, and patience are non-negotiable.
