The Associate Manager - Finance role in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's finance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Executing end-to-end product costing and financial new product setups with precision and timeliness.
• Managing standard cost maintenance within SAP on a daily basis and during year-end for multiple plants, including key monthly GCS Controls.
• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders to deliver accurate, right-first-time costings.
• Managing phased costing processes, resolving issues, and driving process improvements in partnership with Supply Chain teams.
• Partnering with Commercialisation teams for seamless and timely product setups.
• Leading the team's continuous improvement agenda by developing and implementing robust solutions.
• Providing in-depth financial analysis for product costings and preliminary cost reviews.
• Tracking final costs against preliminary estimates, analyzing variances, and delivering insightful reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
