The Associate Manager - Financial Planning role is pivotal in establishing the FOBO Planning Central (FPC) at PepsiCo's Hyderabad Business Services (HBS) hub. This position evolves the traditional geography-focused model to a process-centric approach, enabling Business Units (BUs) to focus on bottler partnerships while the central team handles standardized planning services. Organized into Navigators, Integrators, and Ecosystem Admins, the FPC leverages tools like MOSAIC and TM1 to deliver agile, efficient financial planning globally. As an Integrator or similar role, you will work closely with BU Finance Leads to ensure timely and accurate closing, reporting, and forward-looking planning activities. This is a full-time opportunity in Hyderabad, Telangana, ideal for finance professionals seeking impactful global exposure.
Prepare Actual Trackers and reports covering Volume, B/D, Innovation, A&M, and G&A for all markets. Support monthly sales curve calculations, Hard Close analysis, and external/corporate audit activities. Conduct P&L reviews with CFOs and business partners, handle CoC submissions, and provide variance analysis for NoPBT and Balance Sheet controls, including G&A accruals.
Develop monthly decks and support PBR/Fcst and AOP processes. Manage ad-hoc requests and own planning for COGS, Distribution, and A&M/STB in TM1 for assigned BUs. Collaborate with PGCS/local plants to capture projections by market, review MCM Plans, and perform DII reviews and C2 dashboard checks.
Candidates must hold a CA, MBA, or CMA qualification with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Finance Planning positions. Experience in FOBO or commercial finance is a strong advantage. Exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial planning, control, and auditing processes, and 100% fluency in English are essential. Familiarity with integrated planning tools like MOSAIC and TM1, along with process standardization expertise, will set you apart in this dynamic environment.
