The Associate Manager - WMS DevOps Service role in Hyderabad, Telangana, is pivotal in supporting PepsiCo's global Affordable Warehouse Management System (AWMS) capability. This position focuses on driving change adoption, transition to sustain (T2S), and building enterprise-wide expertise to minimize incidents and enhance service delivery. You will play a key role in delivering the AWMS roadmap across multiple markets, serving as part of the end-to-end IT Center of Excellence for the LEA Reply AWMS template. Hands-on involvement is essential, blending business acumen, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and process optimization to ensure seamless warehouse operations. As a critical Business Impact Level 1 (BIL 1) Application Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will handle incident triaging, escalations, and coordination with vendors and IT teams, including occasional out-of-hours support for this 24/7 operational system integral to PepsiCo's Make, Move, Sell (MMS) portfolio.
In this role, you will own incident resolution for WMS and its integrations, including interfaces with ERP systems like SAP ECC, warehouse automation (e.g., ASRS, autonomous VNAs, conveyors), and hardware such as handheld terminals (HHTs) and printers. You will take core IT functional ownership of the LEA Reply Europe (and potentially LATAM) assignment group in ServiceNow, ensuring incidents and problems meet service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and manage the T2S approach, service plans, and business-as-usual (BAU) management to guarantee service continuity post-deployment. Support AWMS sites and markets with non-vendor defects, business process errors, user issues, and competency gaps. Additionally, maintain a robust ServiceNow knowledge base with articles on best practices, prioritize change requests, and document processes to empower users and reduce vendor dependency through a 'train-the-trainer' model.
Expect to triage, assign, and resolve incidents, act as an escalation point for critical issues, and partner with local business unit (BU) and operating unit (OU) key users to foster solution ownership and capability building.
Candidates should possess 6-7 years of experience with strong warehouse process knowledge, IT service management, and SAP ECC processes. Demonstrable skills in building trust across cultures, managing stakeholders at all levels, and excelling in communication, interpersonal relations, and mentoring are crucial. Proven cross-functional collaboration and vendor influence, combined with an autonomous, self-starting mindset, are essential.
