Role Overview

Working remotely, you'll maintain accurate schedules in our PSA systems like FinancialForce, conduct analysis on forecasts, and collaborate with Services Operations globally. Reporting to the Manager of Services Operations, this position demands precision, efficiency, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment dedicated to stopping breaches via the Falcon platform.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Management and System Maintenance

Core duties include managing the Resource Request Queue to reflect staffing decisions in PSA solutions (FinancialForce). You'll create and manage resource requests and bookings for professional services engagements, ensuring seamless operations.

Reporting and Analysis

Track and report on scheduling status for Professional Services to guarantee timely staffing. Run reports and provide analysis on utilization trends, pipeline forecasts, and resource capacity, empowering Resource Coordinators with data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Process Compliance and Support

Facilitate system hygiene by enforcing process compliance with consultants. Field incoming staffing inquiries from delivery and sales teams, manage resource change requests, and set up new hires in PSA. Help maintain written policies, procedures, and the Skills Repository to optimize staffing efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
