Role Overview

As an Associate Videographer, you'll independently own projects from concept to delivery, creating instructional videos, marketing content, customer stories, event coverage, recruiting videos, and more.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- End-to-End Production Ownership: Manage video projects from planning and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery
- Educational Content Creation: Produce MongoDB developer tutorials, training videos, and technical content
- Advanced Video Editing: Master Adobe Premiere Pro using established templates, MOGRTs, and After Effects integrations
- On-Set Leadership: Direct lighting setups, audio recording, camera operation, and talent direction
- Studio Management: Set up and maintain professional production studios and equipment
- Motion Graphics Production: Create b-roll, animations, and supporting visual assets
