This is a remote working role based in the Frankfurt and/or Cologne region. As an Account Manager at Assurant, you will be responsible for managing the daily relationships of multiple important clients, delivering on our service obligations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. A key goal is the strategic development of the account, including retaining and extending our client contracts, building a wide and deep network of client contacts, delivering the annual operating plan, and identifying and delivering growth opportunities. You will also support the profitable growth of the client, the delivery of the plan, and the identification of new business opportunities.
You will report to the Account Director DACH and work closely with various teams across Assurant to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance, finance, and technology sectors, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
