As a CRM Senior at Assurant, you will play a critical role in managing our relationships with key clients in the mobile business, specifically Claro and Movistar accounts. You will oversee the sales plans for each account, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure success. You will be responsible for launching new products, driving cross-selling initiatives, and managing the sales and incentive budget for all sales channels. Additionally, you will monitor and develop the Trade-In business with Motorola and retailers. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
