A Day in the Life

• Start your day by participating in a daily stand-up meeting with the Supervisor to discuss production goals and any potential challenges.
• Work with the Supervisor to allocate resources (people/supplies/products, etc.) as needed to meet customer goals.
• Monitor the performance of your team, ensuring they are adhering to work instructions and meeting quality control standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, to identify and resolve process issues.
• Track and maintain the daily attendance roster for emergency evacuation purposes.
• Participate in monthly 6S audits and implement any necessary changes on the production floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate any issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
• Compile and analyze data to complete daily reports, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to associates as needed.
