  1. Shift Start-Up (5:30 pm): Arrive at the Lewisville facility and review the production schedule for the night. Participate in a stand-up meeting with the supervisor to discuss priorities, goals, and any potential issues.
  2. Team Coordination: Assist the supervisor in allocating resources (people, supplies, products) to different workstations based on the production plan. Ensure all team members are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
