Your day will typically begin with a daily stand-up meeting with the Supervisor to discuss priorities and address any challenges. You will then spend time on the production floor, monitoring performance, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring that work instructions are being followed. You will also work with Engineering to identify and resolve process issues and participate in monthly 6S audits to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Throughout the day, you will be the point of contact for employees, handling escalation issues and working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
