Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Assurant's Mt. Juliet, Tennessee facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our RL3 Services. Day in the Life

Your day will begin with a review of the previous day's audit results and any emerging trends or issues. You'll then meet with your team of Quality Assurance Auditors to discuss priorities and assign tasks for the day. Throughout the day, you'll oversee the completion of audits, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
