  • Assist and complete the submission of help desk tickets for associates requiring login assistance, equipment repairs, or other technical support.
  • Conduct training, mentoring, and coaching of associates in job-related functions and recommend associate training opportunities to the supervisor.
  • Monitor workflow and work in process on the line and allocate resources accordingly, keeping the supervisor up to date on progress and potential bottlenecks.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting on suspected defective devices to determine the underlying issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Physically move materials as needed to support the repair process.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on team performance and areas for improvement.
