Absence & Reintegration Coordinator (EMEA)

📋 Job Overview

As the EMEA Absence & Reintegration Coordinator at Atlassian, you will support employees, managers, HR, and stakeholders throughout the absence management process. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to (complex) absence cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Oversee the entire absence process from initial notification through to recovery or external assessment decisions.
  • Manage long-term sick leave cases, including development and execution of reintegration plans.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external occupational health & safety service providers, medical professionals, reintegration partners, and other vendors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
