  • Partner with executive leadership to design and deliver transformative people strategies aligned with ACE and CSS goals and Atlassian’s broader business strategy
  • Lead the build and scale of impactful programs in collaboration with Regional HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Operations teams
  • Coach executives through complex organizational challenges, talent strategies, and leadership development to drive meaningful business outcomes
  • Design ‘future focused’ organizational models that align with product strategy, revenue growth, and our digital first vision
  • Guide ongoing organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as we continue to grow and evolve
  • Collaborate across HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and Strategy and Operations teams to deliver on talent and operational plans
  • Leverage analytics and insights, identify trends, and recommend data driven actions for program design and measurement of success
  • Work with the wider Atlassian People team to ensure delivery on core HR processes and programs for ACE/CSS, meeting key people metrics and goals
