- Lead the functional integration approach from deal-close through the entire integration lifecycle to the steady state
- Coordinate across a virtual team of functional integration leads who lead their respective workstreams, and roll up sleeves to lead workstreams yourself wherever needed
- Drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders, ranging from the M&A team to subject matter experts in different departments

- In-depth understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, integration planning, and strategic considerations
- Program Management Skills: Experience in estimation, planning, design, and implementation of complex business and tech efforts at SaaS companies
