  • Lead the end-to-end project management for key FP&A initiatives, with a primary focus on the Long Range Planning (LRP) process.
  • Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of LRP direction with FP&A leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and executive expectations.

  • Develop meaningful executive updates in partnership with Senior Leadership around impacted metrics, project benefits, and OKRs across the FP&A project portfolio. Synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Apply systems thinking to assess the interconnectedness of people, processes, and technology within FP&A, especially as it relates to LRP. Address dependencies holistically and identify themes and patterns across projects to uncover opportunities for improvement.
