🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Foster win–win partnerships between Atlassian and third parties to drive deeper engagement and growth across our product ecosystem
- Develop strategic alliances in AI, including partnerships around multi-agent architectures, MCP servers, orchestration layers, and model providers
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate
- Define partner requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities to inform our product roadmap
- Identify opportunities for Atlassian to integrate with third party AI products that align with our mission of unleashing the potential of every team
- Establish senior-level relationships internally and externally, with the ability to influence direction in product, platform, and GTM strategies

- Prioritize your work, balancing longer-term strategy with immediate execution
✅ Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in product, partnerships, or technical roles in a software or IT company
- Experience working with partners across the tech industry, including hyperscalers, core systems of record, and AI-first Startups
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at all levels, from C-level executives to technical practitioners
- Ability to drive deals forward & negotiate core terms for Atlassian
- Experience with complex commercial agreements
- Self-motivated and excited to roll up your sleeves to GSD
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bring creative solutions to challenging problems
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity in fast-evolving domains such as AI
- Willingness and ability to travel (roughly twice a quarter)
