  • Co-design and influence business models, pricing, and packaging for the full Teamwork Collection suite (Jira, Confluence, Loom), including developing long-term AI consumption-based monetization strategies
  • Communicate financial strategy, priorities, and rationale broadly across the Teamwork Collection of products and bring it to life through integrated end-to-end financial planning and decision making
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate financial topline and bottomline performance and related strategic initiatives and investments to drive long term topline and bottomline improvement across Teamwork Collection of products
  • Monitor market trends and developments for benchmarks and insights used to guide business planning
  • Play a leadership role in shaping the long-term strategy for Teamwork Collection of products and then work with leaders to implement and build and scale the business

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in finance roles overseeing strategic finance roles that partner closely with R&D, product, sales and marketing leaders
