🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, scope and execute programs around interviewing, scheduling, hiring committee/debrief and other middle funnel TA processes
  • Partner with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes
  • Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement
  • Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches to make data-driven recommendations
  • Drive thoughtful and strategic change, readiness and launch enablement programs to promote adoption and operational excellence
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across TA and People Technology to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of work
  • Investigate issues and drive solutions to optimize recruiting productivity and operational excellence

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management in TA/HR/People organizations
  • Experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of using project management and change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Adkar, PMP) to successfully drive complex projects
  • Knowledge of TA practices and tools to drive recruiting success
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
