  • Create clarity and direction for Talent Brand metrics of success
  • Build a phased approach to talent brand metrics based on team capabilities, priorities, and existing tools
  • Build pilot business case/pilot programs to elevate metrics of success
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Business and Insight partners to set metrics up for success
  • Deep dive into current processes and practices to identify areas of opportunities
  • Build solutions grounded on efficiency and candidate engagement and drive adoption/advocacy
  • Track employer brand across external channels like Blind and Glassdoor
  • Collaborate with Comms, HR and Business Stakeholders to build pilots and programs to elevate external employer brand
