🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify and evaluate training needs that support our strategic objectives
  • Develop impactful learning programs and design content in a variety of formats, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions, to enhance employee capabilities and engagement
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops that are both informative and engaging
  • Use data and feedback to measure program success and drive continuous improvement in our learning offerings
  • Co-create solutions by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective and innovative learning experiences that drive business results
  • Build trusting relationships with managers and leaders to understand strategic needs and ensure our programs are exceeding expectations

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in talent development or a related role
  • Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the latest trends in instructional design
  • Experience in developing, managing, and executing learning programs with cross collaborative teams
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective development solutions
